Medco Plumbing Inc. was established in 1976.  Our offices and warehouses are located at 65-11 & 65-09 Fresh Meadow Lane, Flushing, New York.

We Currently have a full office staff and a labor force of approximately 100.  Most of our employees have been with the company in excess of five years, and a number have been with the company for more than ten years.

Over the years, we have installed the plumbing, heating and sprinkler systems in every type of building from new construction to rehab, single family dwellings to hi-rise apartments, and commercial properties such as airport facilities and multi-story office buildings.  A partial listing of current and completed jobs are under their relevant links.

We have a service division for existing buildings for repairs, maintenance, and repipe.

We also have a Fire Suppression License for the installation and maintenance of sprinkler and fire standpipe systems and we are licensed by New York City Fire Dept. to install fuel oil and gasoline tanks.

We install and service all kinds of heating systems from hot water, steam and to the latest Modular Boiler systems.  We can design/build the most energy and cost effective systems. 

We have plumbing licenses for N.Y.C., State of New Jersey, Town of Hempstead and City of Long Beach.

Manfred E. Demenus – President

Licensed plumber since 1956; experienced in new construction, rehabilitation, residential and commercial plumbing and heating Businessman/Owner of Medco Plumbing since company was started in 1976.

Nick Covino – Vice President

Has worked for company since 1990.   Over sees supervisors and foremen in field, negotiates projects and expedites.  Licensed plumber since 1997 and licensed fire suppression since 2000.

Salih Atli – Project Manager / Chief Estimator

Has worked for company since 2002.  He is the chief estimator and a project manager. He has a bachelor degree at mechanical engineering.
